Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL)

The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) enables authoring of interactive audiovisual presentations. SMIL is typically used for rich media/multimedia presentations which integrate streaming audio and video with images, text or any other media type.
